Guard Standard billing: Billed per unique user with access to any supported product (Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, JSM agents). A user with access to multiple products counts only once.

Guard Premium billing: Only users with access to Jira Software or Confluence are billed. Premium adds data loss prevention and threat detection.

Maximum Quantity Billing (MQB): Monthly subscriptions are billed based on the maximum number of users during the billing period. Removing users mid-cycle does not reduce the bill until the next cycle. This calculator will automatically determine Guard costs based on your other product licenses.
Automatic calculation: Guard user counts are automatically calculated based on your licensed users in other products. You don't need to enter user counts separately.
